The lint is free and always will be. You pay when a model reads the code, and what you pay for is a cycle: 7 days of audits against one app.

What a cycle is

Running an audit opens a cycle against the app you ran it on. Every audit against that app for the next 7 days is included, up to 20 runs, so fixing what the first audit found and running it again costs nothing. A second app opens its own cycle. What a plan counts is cycles, not runs.

Free

Unlimited lint runs in the CLI and the GitHub Action, 46 mechanical rules compiled into the binary, unlimited rejection diagnosis, and every framework. No account is needed and no cycles are included.

Pro, $20 a month

Everything above, plus 3 audit cycles a month against 326 rules that read your code, privacy form answers, and 3 seats.

Max, $50 a month

9 audit cycles a month, a higher ceiling for one run so a large codebase fits, and 10 seats.

Cycles without a subscription

If you ship twice a year a monthly plan is the wrong shape, so cycles can be bought outright: 1 for $12, 5 for $45. They never expire, and a plan spends its monthly cycles first so a bought one is never wasted.

What happens when I run out

The next audit is refused with a message saying which limit stopped it and when it resets. Nothing is charged that you did not agree to, and no audit runs part way.
